Content Standards
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These standards apply to profiles, listings, Access Drops, livestreams, images, video, messages, reviews, and conduct connected to Social Bid.
Adult content and sexual services are prohibited
Prohibited content and conduct include:
- pornography or explicit depictions of sexual acts;
- full or partial nudity presented primarily for sexual gratification;
- escort services, prostitution, paid sexual contact, “sugar” arrangements, or sexual companionship;
- sexually explicit livestreams, calls, performances, custom content, or private sessions;
- fetish services or offers whose primary purpose is sexual gratification;
- sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18; and
- links, codes, or instructions used to sell or redirect users to prohibited sexual content or services.
Creators whose lawful off-platform work includes mature themes may apply, but everything offered, displayed, communicated, or fulfilled through Social Bid must comply with these standards. Non-explicit fashion, fitness, dance, nightlife, artistic, or educational content may be permitted when it is not pornographic, sexually explicit, or a solicitation for sexual services.
Additional prohibited content
- child exploitation or any attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes;
- human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitative arrangements;
- credible threats, graphic violence, harassment, stalking, or doxxing;
- hate speech or discrimination targeting protected characteristics;
- illegal drugs, unlawful weapons transactions, or instructions facilitating serious crime;
- fraud, impersonation, counterfeit goods, deceptive claims, or financial manipulation;
- dangerous experiences without appropriate safeguards, permissions, and disclosures;
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations; and
- attempts to move prohibited transactions off-platform or evade safety controls.
Access Drop safety requirements
Access Drops must clearly describe what the winner receives, who will participate, the expected location or format, timing, limitations, accessibility or safety considerations, and lawful cancellation terms. Creators may not promise unsafe, illegal, deceptive, or sexually explicit conduct. Participants must follow consent, venue, check-in, communication, and conduct requirements at all times.
Enforcement
Social Bid may reject or remove content, cancel transactions, withhold or reverse payouts where permitted, request additional verification, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct to payment partners or authorities. Enforcement considers context, severity, history, risk, and applicable law. Sexual exploitation, child-safety violations, trafficking, and credible threats may result in immediate permanent removal.
Reporting
Report suspected violations to support@socialbid.vip. Include the account or listing URL and enough information for review. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
